2-1B: We first meet the 2-1B Medical Droid tending to Luke in the Bacta Tank after his encounter with the Wampa and his night inside the smelly Tauntaun's belly. We last see him fixing up Luke's stump after Vader has amputated his hand in the duel at the end of The Empire Strikes Back. As a blue and silver droid, with his ridged legs, the 2-1B Medical Droid figure is a very distinctive droid and I always quite liked him with his pointy medical stick which presumably cures all ailments. Imperial Cruiser (Sears Exclusive): A Sears exclusive, the Imperial Cruiser was a re-worked version of Kenner's earlier Imperial Troop Transporter toy. Notably, the front "doors" of the later vehicle are decorated with large stickers meant to imitate panels of electronics. Cloud City Playset (Sears Exclusive): Like their earlier Cantina Adventure Set and later Rebel Command Center, Sears' Cloud City playset was a primarily cardboard thing, produced as a vehicle to sell figures. The cardboard backdrop folded in a novel way to give it a neat three-dimensional effect, and it was printed with some great graphics, including some based on the carbonite freezing chamber and the device on which Han gets tortured. Dagobah Playset: Kenner released a few different boxes for this set and in 1982 they also included a Jedi Training Backback for Luke to carry Yoda around. Dagobah is one compact playset, built on top of a plastic brownish base. The base is really detailed and you can see some small sculpted critters, like a frog or a lizard. One of the Kenner designers even edged the name of his daughter on the set. #StarWars #EmpireStrikesBack #Kenner #21B #ImperialCruiser #CloudCityPlayset #DagobahPlayset #Hoth #Dagobah #RebelAlliance #Empire https://www.instagram.com/p/B7ICLFBBPpz/?igshid=doatomq7733t
