-staggers to run in- LOOK WHAT I BOUGHT--
when u know u arent used to seeing ur s/o out of costume
I totally forgot to even post this
Imposouda sounds like I'm saying Imp Souda
Which
😈
this imposouda sounds like such a romcom plot, just a person that comes out of nowhere that is having troubles discovering who the hell they are, meets this dorky ass mechanic just tryin his best in life n they have this slowburn where they become friends and support of each other; dorky mechanic man works hard; works harder to help them in their career path. further they go, further they realize they make each other better and their relationship soars from there. only conflict is time itself.
and that’s what we’re goin for mate
dorky mechanic man slowly is smitten by a stranger he finds himself relating to, said stranger gets help from him to bloom and discover themself and they feel like without him they would be nothing; they’re so thankful for him and his friendship that they consider it may be more than a friendship. They grow very attached to each other, even as the struggles of being away from each other because their very different workstyles absorb a handful of their time.
Yui spends the whole time getting prepared for their biggest role yet and is nervous because of all the times Kaz has been there tonight he probably can’t be. They’re disappointed, but they know they can’t blame him and they also can’t back out now because Kaz would want them to keep going. But without Kaz, suddenly they feel like they have stage fright. Kaz was a comfort in the crowd and they didn’t even realize it until he was gone. So they really yearn for him to be there.
On Kaz’s end, he is dropping everything. He knew this day was coming and it wasn’t that he forgot, he knew that plans would keep them apart and they came to terms with it but sort of last-minute Kaz decided that he had to be there for them. He wanted to be there, more than anything. He would feel like he gave up on them, that they would be furious with him and never forgive him if he wasn’t there. They talked about it and reassured each other countless times, but that wasn’t enough to satisfy and calm Kaz anymore.
Kaz had to be there and he was going to be even if it killed him on his way there.
And of course, numerous ppl are helping to rush him there.
The climax of it all is that Kazuichi did make it.
He came all the way there, just to see them.
And as Yui spots his face in the crowd of people, Kaz looking straight at them too, exhausted but overjoyed to be there... it’s like that moment of realization hits them...
They really loved each other.
he gotta stand on he toes just to get a kiss
If Kazuichi has trust issues and the Imposters personality is nothing but them... like, lying, then how did Kaz warm up to them and trust them? Like I'm sure that by the time he liked them it wasn't cuz of them pretending to be Byakuya, like he had to have found out,,,,
Well that’s the thing
Kazuichi likes talking. He tends to be an open book fairly easily if he’s warmed up to. If Twogami kept expressing concerns with Kazuichi, then Kazuichi would basically spill his guts gradually. Trusting Twogami more and more with said information.
Now, that could be seen as a negative or positive considering Twogami is well... an imposter. Their specialty is faking who they are, pretending to be someone else. That could be misleading at first, especially to Kaz if the ball drops that Twogami is indeed an Ultimate Imposter. They would have to explain that they had no ill intentions towards Kazuichi, that it was not a tactic to steal his identity or anything of the sort.
It was just a friend looking out for a friend.
Twogami would drop the act to Kazuichi because they find Kaz’s struggles with finding out who he is and drastically changing his appearance for attention and acceptance... relatable. They understand him and because it’s relatable between the two of them, they feel a bit... seen by someone else for the first time.
They would have a deep conversation, no walls or anything, pure honesty. Twogami would reveal that they... hate doing this, that they had to lie about who they are. But they feel like they have to... they have no idea who they even are at the core. They’re just... a canvas. A blank slate. They’re not interesting enough. They’re nothing without having someone else’s persona. And Kaz gets that struggle to be seen, but for an opposite reason.
Twogami wants to do it to feel like they have a place in this world, so they can be seen. Kaz, at first, does it to protect himself and scare ppl away from him. He feels like he doesn’t deserve friends... because they’ll leave anyway.
But they both hate being alone.
The small relatable things between them would make them closer. And because Twogami makes it very clear when they aren’t lying, when they’re being so sincere and opening up their heart to him, Kazuichi would warm up to them. He would feel... safe, doing the same thing back. They keep each other company, understand each other's struggles, and honestly go on a journey of self-discovery together.
Whatever they decide to be, it’ll end with them being together.
