@skyloftian-nutcase 's Imprisoning War trio! :) I had a lot of fun drawing this and revisiting some techniques I used a lot in the past with a new perspective. And looking at Gerudo design. Eheh.

The Imprisoning War

Ganondorf, who had transformed into the Demon King, marshaled a large army of monsters and launched an invasion to crush everyone who lived in Hyrule, regardless of tribe.

During this conflict, Rauru seems to have used the temple where the Secret Stones were enshrined (known as the "Forgotten Temple" in the present day) as his base of operations. There he received reports on the damage suffered in various areas.

Rauru summoned the leaders of each tribe to the temple sanctum and entrusted them with the Secret Stones that had been enshrined there by the Zonai. On receiving the power of the Secret Stones, they awakened as Sages and vowed to fight alongside Rauru, the King of Light.

The decisive battle took place in a temple that lay beneath Hyrule Field. Rauru and the Sages were outnumbered. Even with the power of the Secret Stones, they were no match for the overwhelming might of the Demon King. Realizing that it would be impossible to defeat the Demon King on the battlefield, Rauru resorted to his final, irreversible attack.
