For you, What is emotional intelligence?
-Emotional intelligence is the ability to improves one's social skills. Having social skills can amplify the importance of managing your emotions and relationships with other people may they be in your inner or other circles which can actually improve your social skill set.
Recall a particular situation where you have experienced some intense and strong emotions.
I remember back then when I am still playing for the varsity team of the school and there is this crucial game we played and we lost. I had mixed emotions that time and I have been guilt-tripping myself because I thought to myself that what I do during training is not enough. Like, I should strive more in order to contribute more to the team which I think the other players are also feeling that time. I handled my emotions by keeping my peace through silence and reflecting on how can I do better.

-Think first before I speak.
- Apologize when you commit mistakes.
-stop hesitating on what you really want to do.
