💚The biggest advice I can give is be consistent with your self-care, and yes I am referring to working out and eating healthy as self-care☺️ ✨provide your body with the proper nutrients ✨help your body learn the RIGHT movement ✨Mobility & flexibility are very important ✨learn how to relax and recover ✨ Drink your water 💦💦 These are all important when it comes to adjusting your lifestyle! Since having my third baby I've had at least one set back that I didn't even see coming! PROLAPSE of my rectal muscle 😳 I was in such disbelief that this even happened to me! But having three kids and a long labor with the third made my pelvic floor weak & resulted in the prolapse into my cervix!!!!! The thing is I never let it STOP me🤗 I designed myself a core strengthening fitness plan that focused on strengthening my whole inner core!✨I focus on healing my body rather than pushing too hard✨ Remember! Little muscles need love too💚 your body is speaking to you....
