Achievements!

So im on my 2nd week of blogilates begginer's calendar and I actually feel like I have acomplished so much in the past few weeks! I am much happier with myself now that I've seen I can change if I really want to and put the work in. The same goes for my skin. I haven't been picking my arms as much and the sacrs are slowly fading away. I need to stop completely, but I know I'm getting there and the almont oil I'm using works wonders!
