Exercise-31: Front & sideways viewing
Maintain the same position as in exercise 30.
Place left thumb on the left knee keeping the thumb pointing upwards.
Hold right thumb to the right of the body so that it points upwards.
Without moving the head, focus the eyes on the left thumb- then on the right thumb and return to the left thumb.
Repeat 15020 times.
