{new adventures} I'm adding on to my natural tools this weekend. I'm super excited. I'll be spending 3 full days learning how to do eft tapping {emotional freedom technique} Why? Because I had the most amazing 10 week eft sessions with @successfullysensitive and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself {self love} I released a bunch of stuff that I've been holding onto, some resent stuff but also some really old stuff. I see so many things with new eyes, with love. I feel lighter, I feel empowered, I feel energized and I knew early on in my sessions I was meant to learn this technique and share it with mamas and kids. I want to help mamas like me with kids like mine {so if I've attracted you I can help you, I've been there too} I'm really excited to combine the essential oils with eft.
