also about venues capacities, i think one of the main issue for mid size artist is that in most cities there's nothing in between 3/5k capacity venues and 10/15k capacity venues

so you either chose to leave a good part of your audience without tickets because you could fill 6/8k easily or take a financial risk and don't sell 25% of the bigger venue
