I've read some comments regarding the characters models, however for me Henry is the one who stands out the most.

It seems like his model was made for another game because he has different proportions - and if you see, even when he's beside the 10 first characters, somehow it feels like he's the one who looks more "cartooney" (?) / his overall design (shades, lines) doesn't really blend in with the others.

And not only him, after playing for a while I realized that starting from Lumiere/Yangzi, the characters designs changed so whenever they put old characters with recent ones, the veterans don't look well aligned/good proportioned... What do you guys think?
