Anyone else have an order their open tabs need to go in? I group mine by site of Origin, with social media Always on the left and whatever site I have open for music Always on the Right. What's in the middle can vary but any posts/links/fics/documents I Alt-tabbed from the "mother site" Need to be right of the mother site and lined up without interruptions from other sites, like ducklings.
Hell yeah, caught the nice neighbor who shares the fenceline and eventually got around to asking, "so, we would like to kill this tree? please?" because it is BUCKTHORN (this is in colorado usa) and did a little song and dance about invasive species, which she'd never heard of but seemed quite receptive to? Anyway I wanna pull it so so bad.

hair update, and otherwise general update!
i do not think i will give myself the big chop, quite yet- or at least I have to put some thought into it! for those of you who know me, my hair is about waist-length currently. ideally I want a cute 20s-style bob or a shorter like...vintage/edwardian men’s style haircut. therefore! it’d be likely quite difficult for me to cut it all off into something that looks decent.
i’m also quite vain about my hair and i like to keep it looking nice and i’ve only ever had someone else cut it for me, so there’s that. it’s scary!
that being said! i hope that i can get it cut in one way or another soon. i’m going to look so cute.
i feel very unlike myself, and very Sad somehow, but I’m hoping it will pass. I just rented Doctor Zhivago as per the recommendation of @oklahoma2019 and a couple other folks and also the fact that as a film it seems to check every single box of my weirdly varied interests.
i feel really quite awful, but i’m very grateful for the kindness and generosity of so many of you. i love you all dearly. i’m hoping things will be ok.

I knew today was gonna be rough. I knew I would run out of spoons by the end of it. And I did. Then I saw I had over an hour's worth of homework due tomorrow that I didn't even know I had. Ugh
Hung out with people for the first time since October and as usual I'm filled with love and I miss friends and I am glad to see people and feel weird about seeing people but mostly I'm happy.
Also there were two cats and a dog. The tiny cat kept hiding under my dress:
My pettiest regret about leaving my grad program is that I left my signed copy of the textbook “An Introduction To Behavioral Endocrinology” by Randy J. Nelson in the lab and never went to get it back
