INARAH

This is Inarah. I met her with Yan and Kasih when I entered my first day of my Foundation in Arts course, as mentioned in my post about Yan.

Inarah is a bucket-hat and raincoat enthusiast who really suits the colour yellow. I first met her with long dark-blonde hair, and now she’s a short-bobbed dark-haired lady of mystery. We bond over K-Pop and drama happening in our lives. She’s one to listen to your stories and also someone who has a lot to say, and you can never get bored of it. She is an advocate for BTS and her bias is Taehyung.

I can easily say that Inarah can always fit herself into a social environment without making anyone feel uncomfortable. Well, most of the time. She’s been part of community clubs from high school and college (based on my recent knowledge of her), and she likes being a part of that. She’s probably the most disciplined between me, Kasih, and Yan, but sometimes proves otherwise when you least expect it.

My best bonding moments with her is when I get to stay over her place during a school week. We have a little banter here and there, walk or drive to places to eat at night. You know, things that please my romantic/aesthetic ideas of a good night out. One great detail that I like to point out is when you listen to her play the piano, it’s almost like your can feel what she’s feeling. I don’t know what it is, but it’s some pretty powerful stuff.

Inarah, like Yan, dances. As mentioned in my first entry for Yan, I had the privilege of being an audience member for their K-Pop dance cover for a college event. She’s had an interest of being a florist, or to at least open her own flower shop in the future. Only time will tell what the world may bring to her, and I’ll do my best to be there every step of the way! (Buy your flowers from her guys.)

Inarah is probably one of the strongest people to go through these obstacles of life and has taken those obstacles like a champ. I look up to her for that. She sets her priorities straight and is always focused, no matter what minor setback comes in her way. She’s always been there for me, and I do my best to be there for her. And I will always appreciate her for that.
