@incalabria from here.
"The pleasure is mine, as it always is. I must say, I really don't know how you tolerate so many of them hounding you like so."
Spinel caught her on one of the many cameras he now has hidden within the city. Though he still planned to spend most of his time here in hiding, there was little risk within one of the more secure locations. Being in public is as much a protection as it is a burden for him... But he'll tolerate it.
That Houndoom again. Spinel huffs to himself internally, is he never within his Pokeball? From what she told him prior, this Pokemon must always be by her side for the sake of a needed guard. But such is a dangerous now parts of the city are under the influence of Laquium.
This time, he's going to recall Beheeyem. Its' job is done, for now.
"Excellent. Lead the way. I shall be certain to deal with any other intruders which may bother us."
There is always an eye on Leo, but he's more comfortable how they're surrounded by others as well. And so, he walks side by side with her, and the Pokemon. The cafe being so close was already taken note of before he even approached.
@incalabria
Thea: It is ridiculous, but you are far more terrifying than I ever could be...
I did hear that unicorns are typically feral?
@incalabria asked: Beneath Lumiose City where the sewers and catacombs connect and form a labyrinth, there are the dense cables threaded separate from the piping that connect the holocaster towers. Wild Pokemon occupy the damp, dark pathways and either flee or posture aggressively to any wayward trainer that wanders in. Following the snaking threads of thick cables where they intersect with each other? Amethio would discover they had been severed somehow. The connection hacked and sliced so there was no way for any energy to pass from one tower to another. Another intersection suffers the same damage. And it was Amethio loitering around to investigate that drew some unwanted attention. "Aren't you a tad too fancy to be hanging around the sewers, kid?" The darkness swells and shifts, motes of indigo and navy wisps blooming before forming the Aegis' broad shouldered form into view. Malos looking down at the young trainer with a snide smirk, "You know, people get lost down here and are never seen again."
"And aren't you a tad too suspicious to be lurking in the sewers?"
It hadn't been very long since he had split off from the reason he'd come to the sewers when he'd noticed the cables. Maybe an hour or so, deciding to explore the sewers and familiarize himself with them...At first, Amethio had been ready to write them off. But...then, he got to thinking. He'd never seen anything that might look like it would be connected to a tower on the surface...Was it possible that these wires could be connected to the towers?
But...If that was the case, then he'd completely misread the situation. He'd assumed the damage would be on the surface...But, if these cables indeed belonged to the towers, then the damage was much deeper than he'd anticipated. And then, those indigo and navy wisps that had heralded this stranger...What were they?
In fact...What was this man doing here? The cables looked like they'd been severed by a slicing Move, like Cut...Except, not cleanly. And on top of that, the moment he tries to investigate in detail to give Mable an update, he's approached...
Was it a coincidence? Maybe, maybe not...But, Amethio would need to brace himself, just in case.
"Oh, I'm sure that's got a mote of truth to it...But, a normal person wouldn't be saying that to someone else on first introduction, now would they? I presume you know what's happened to those cables, then?"
What is your least favorite word in the English language?
Get To Know The Mun : Accepting!
//I actually don't have one! Rather, I have a group: words that are not spelt how they sound, and trying to remember them when asked on the spot.
Amalthea: who was known as the "Fairy Queen" briefly.
Hey Basil (:

He's staying right here behind this pillar, ma'am, no thank you!
@incalabria from x.
He never would have expected this kind of gloomy labyrinth to be hidden behind such a small cafe. It made the once-grand corridors of Shady House feel tiny by comparison. This was really the kind of power those organizations outside of Alola commanded? Even as run-down as their surroundings were now, and given his limited technological knowledge, he could tell this place was far out of Team Skull's league.
The dust drifting through the air threatened to make him sneeze, and faint Pokemon cries could be heard from deeper within. How did any of them manage to live down here? It looked as if no human had been here in years. At her admission, he pauses, but "Oh..." is all he manages in response. it's a little hard to imagine, given what little of her he's come to know. But he's hardly the kind of person who can pass judgement on someone's past life choices now, can he?
"You need me for... guess no..." He steps forward as she pulls on the breaker, but it's clear she's got a handle on the situation herself. He winces as the lights come on, even though they're not terribly bright, it feels for a moment as if he's staring into the sun after all of the darkness. As his eyes adjust, he blinks at the glowing walls. "Energy and energy conversion. Dat sounds complicated. No would have taken you for one of those akamai science kine. Not that I no think you smart, I mean! Just no li'dat! No can imagine you inside a lab coat." He should probably just stop talking now. He shakes his head.
"What is all this stuffs anyway? It sort of remind me of dat one time..." Team Rainbow Rocket. He hadn't been able to do a damn thing against them. And Team Flare... their leader, or a version of him apparently, had been there too. The guy with the wild red hair, right? He shakes his head again, finally succumbing to the dust just as Thea had. "Aue. Can have Duke clean some of this away with his water, but prolly no good for the computers or whatever dakine is." So they'd probably have to suffer.

Breathless, frozen, the Princess stares, unable to move an inch. The unicorn is so close, and she seems to be coming closer. They are nearly three feet apart, when the beast suddenly turns and departs from the clearing.
"Wait!" Surprised by her own plea, Zelda stumbles from the brush, boots messily kicking leaves and branches. A not very regal reveal, for sure.
"Please, wait," She has no idea why she's even speaking to the unicorn, without any reassurance the creature could understand Hylian tongue to begin with. Her voice is broken, soft, hands clasped before her chest pleadingly.
"If you keep going that way, you'll be lost. The forest is cursed."
