The other day I ran out of manga I wanted to read and decided to start reading Sakamoto Desu Ga since the beautiful and awesome @inclusit told me to (and that was ages ago, shame on me) and like... gakurans. So much gakurans. So awesome. Anyway so it didn’t take me many hours to finish it and then I realised there was an anime. 

AND DAMN am I happy they made Acchan’s crush even more obvious! Only thing I’m no big fan of is that they’ve added a bit of dialogue on Sakamoto’s part and his voice doesn’t give me the feeling of someone as flawless and humble as him. I just keep thinking about all the voices he’s done in BL anime...

It sounds like the people you’re talking to don’t understand what asexuality is. We have a lot of resources in our sidebar if you want to find something authoritative-looking to show them. Or, you can just tell them: “Being asexual just means my dad doesn’t experience sexual attraction. Being asexual doesn’t mean someone doesn’t like or doesn’t have sex. Some asexual people never have sex, but some do. My dad chose to have sex because he wanted a biological child with my mother. That doesn’t mean he was coerced into it, and it doesn’t mean he’s not asexual.”

Every time a new episode is released I always make a rant combined with screenshot dumps and funny comments on my facebook (even more than what I submit here). But episode 13 just made me so mentally tired I couldn't even think of anything I just posted them with "why" "why am I doing this to myself" "I need to do something else with my life" "I waited 2 years for this" etc. RIP SMC I can't stay optimistic even for the wonky animation any longer, it's so terribad. Please sailor kirby shoot me

The problem with Crystal now is that the animation is not a problem anymore, some people don't really care and the rest who kept watching just accepted that it looks bad and moved on.

But now Crystal suffers from horrible decisions adapting the story of the manga (more like not adapting at all and making stuff up that end up fucking up the story).

RIP SMC and our dreams for a good reboot.

I don't mind that, but that's not the way the arguing goes. Some use that as a way of saying "that's dangerous bdsm this book sucks and it's the worst" but at the same time we have books about all sorts of stupid and crazy things but those discussions aren't usually to spout hatred for the book or franchise. just take the fault in our stars for example. ppl still love it for what it is but who the fuck would allow their cancer sick child to go to a different continent and then strut around in that city without an adult around? that's dangerous if anything

also my post were mostly to all those who can't handle that something they don't fancy got popular and need to shoot the author down to make them feel better about themselves

I really recommend Revolutionary Girl Utena, it isn't exactly mahou shoujo but it has some elements that makes it feel like one and it has some amazing strong female characters! If you want something that isn't too far from Sailor Moon and a bit more mature it's the anime for you imo

I think Utena is a must for every mahou shojo fan out there!.
