The captain, Jody, the doctor, Pico, and the samurai are trapped in the flooded basement at his own home and waiting to be rescued by The Mighty Gazelle. While they are waiting the captain tells his friends and rivals a secret that he's been keeping for a long time.

At Dr. Stewart's penthouse, Robert and Theodore are playing "Surgeon Simulator" on his Nintendo Switch. Robert tells his friend to pick up the scalpels.
Dr. Stewart: You've got your scalpels.
Dr. Clash: Scalpels...
Dr. Stewart: Over on the right.
Dr. Clash: Yes.
Dr. Stewart: Just your forefinger and thumb.
Dr. Clash: Okay...
Dr. Stewart: Very delicate, very delicate. *Theodore moves his joy-con to pick the scalpel.* I'm not telling you to do it now. Put down-- PUT DOWN THE SCALPEL!
Dr. Clash: Are you sure?
Dr. Stewart: --Put it down!
Dr. Clash: I think we need it.

Clash lets go of the button and then it flatlines.

Theodore got the spoon but he dropped his joy-con.

Dr.Clash tries his best to get the spoon out while Dr. Stewart freaks out.
Dr. Clash: I-I got it...
Dr. Stewart: Oh God!
Dr. Clash: I got it....
Then Robert gets an idea.
Dr. Stewart: Wait shut up, shut up. There's another spoon, there's another spoon.
Theodore got a new spoon but sadly he dropped his joy-con again.
