     ❝ MM … I dunno but I swear ‘m not drunk … ❞  Without much warning, he lazily threw his arms around Hikaru’s neck and was practically snuggling him.   ❝ ‘s cold … I wan’ some warmth. ❞ He retreated back slightly but not enough to release him. He blankly gazed at him from below with glazed eyes and tilted his head to the side. An unusually silly grin unknowingly stretched at his lips. There was a sense of innocence worn on his face – perhaps even playful. 

     ❝ ‘ve never noticed … how fluffy your hair was. ❞  It wasn’t long before he reached to fluff his hair. ❝‘s soft … so soft … I like it. ❞

Hikaru is throwing a water balloon at Leone. It's hot out--and playing with water is fun!

     LEONE immediately evaded the incoming attack ( fortunately from the front ) and furrowed his brows in mild irritation. “ Hey. Don’t get my clothes wet and, you should’ve asked me before even doing that. ”

     HE briefly snickered since that deadpanned bunny sure brought visual hilarity. “ I don’t know. Perhaps you should take a look yourself. ”

“I stalked you like a crazy person, duh!” Alright, not really it was just pure luck he had seen his friend and decided to surprise him! “What are you up to? Not causing problems are you? I don’t wanna have to apologize for you.”

     EVEN as the heir, there were times in which he participated in the more trivial jobs despite his position. It wasn’t exactly a rare occurance seeing as he found himself often responsible for a case every now and then but at least there was no need to involve himself in every mission. However, today was the day in which he would seal the deal, as well as make sure that things went smoothly. In a way, his job was to command his men, just in case for the worse. 

     He stepped out of the car and made for the docks. He had gotten word that their dealers had already arrived at the harbour and were now just simply waiting for Leone to arrive. While it didn’t matter to him much, he couldn’t help but wonder what sort of character he would be meeting with. 

     It wasn’t long before he stepped foot into the scene and there he saw, his men, standing guard along with others, who were presumably apart of the dealers’ team. Now who was -- ... wait what ?

      Leone froze in place in complete shock at the sight of a familiar face. No way. It couldn’t be ... ! 

       “ You -- ... ! ” Hikaru. Hikaru Madden. It was him. There was no way he could mistake him. “ You’re ... -- Heh. What a surprise. Out of all people in the world ... I never expected to see you. I guess the secret’s out, for both of us. ”

Muse Headcanons  @incxnerated 

- Depending on many variables Cipher could have complete and utter respect for the older brother or no respect at all. There is such a fine line between the two very powerful feelings toward Hikaru.

- With this the butting of heads and fights are sure to come and go. These two can be almost at a truly sibling level or like two countries at war with each other. Each trying to gain the win in their favor.

- No matter how Cipher feels at the time though he is protective of Hikaru. He knows Hikaru can protect himself but if he were to see that Hikaru might lose a fight it would be difficult for Cipher to not run in and help him out. Hikaru is someone Cipher will always care and worry about.

- Hikaru is a big reason why Cipher is more careful than he was when he first arrived in the multiverse. He’s still reckless but it’s not really anything that is life threatening.

- Cipher calls Hikaru ‘Pyronerd’ out of a brotherly endearment. He enjoys having a goofy nickname for the brother that is so ‘scary’.
