How do you treat someone like they are white?

You would know better than me! Go watch how you treat the white people in your life and white strangers you encounter. Then consider how you treat the non-white folk in your life and compare the differences.

If you cant donate money or buy things to donate, sending in stuff you can spare is good too. If you have old coloring books or educational worksheets or textbooks for ages 3-14 those would be really helpful for the kids and teachers out there right now! If you can't give ANYTHING, blow up #nodapl, talk about it with your friends, @ the white house and potus and barack obama on Twitter, write emails. Scream. The media won't cover Standing Rock but that doesn't mean we can't make people hear us.

in addition to cutting off the water supply to protestors, private security is now using pepper spray and releasing dogs on the standing rock protestors, despite nonviolent protest, despite there being young children in the camp. http://bsnorrell.blogspot.com/2016/09/standing-rock-camp-alert-defense.html?m=1 this is absolutely disgusting. don’t let them get away with this.

Reminder that the Dakota Access Pipeline violates federal law, specifically the Treaty of Fort Laramie, but as we all know the government is not on the side of justice, especially where big oil is involved. There's a lot of sketchy stuff about DAPL and politicians are always dirty...

don’t be complacent in the murder of native americans and the wanton disrespect from the government. don’t let people cover their ears and close their eyes and wait for us to die out. please please support NODAPL. here’s a place with an address to send supplies to and a list of supplies needed. water is especially important since they’ve cut everyone off. the government doesn’t care about us or anyone, the government doesn’t care about justice, the government cares about money and corporations.

does any1 know any like.. native american news blogs to follow?? i wanna keep up w/ whats happening esp since stories about police brutality on natives in canada are coming out more and more.. idk any consistent blogs other than last//real//india//ns but i unfollowed them a while ago bc of sexist content 8(
