In SNP Scotland CRONIES COME FIRST!
While some say that the SNP-run Health Service in Scotland is in crisis. That patients are being turned away. That there are no GPs or nurses available for basic healthcare. That there are ZERO beds available in hospitals (even for mothers rushed in as they re giving birth)! That the SNP has missed 7 out of every 8 targets set for waiting times, patient treatment, costs, resources, outcomes, etc., etc. That the Health Minister laughs as letters are sent to patients acknowledging “a year wait for your medical procedure is unacceptable... here are details of how you can travel to the EU for treatment...” Some say.
For others, things are never quite that bad. Take the example of an aging Marxist - lets call her Leslie.
Leslie needs a new hip (common among aged hip-py Marxists who spent many a year swaying their hips to the sights & sounds of the collectivist misery of others). Leslie has a time for her new hip op! But - Leslie is bitter because Leslie is disappointed. Leslie’s appointment for her new hip operation is cancelled - now she has no idea WHEN she will get her new hip - months away for sure.
Leslie tweets about it. Leslie 'confides’ he medical situation to twitter. Imagine - she may have to wait months to see the doctor. Poor SNP-Celebrity Leslie.

So - Leslie’s tweet catches the right eye and PRESTO - her appointment is now only a week away. Its GREAT being an SNP-Celebrity in SNP-Scotland. Its GREAT being above others. That’s what ‘progressiveness’ is all about!
