Indie Advice - Fire Early - Extra Credits

Firing somebody is hard, but if one team member isn't keeping up, it's better for everyone if the team leader fires them early before their part of the project falls behind. It's better for the team, better for the game, and often even better for the person being fired.

Can you provide some advice on how to get threads going? Especially given that I'm painfully shy and, even if I post opens and the like, few people respond. Thank you wonderful people!

one idea is you can put out a starter call   !   this means posting a little something like   “   like this if you want a starter   !   ”   &   you would start a thread for whoever liked it . these don’t have to be super complex or elaborate starters , but could be depending on muse   ! 

another option you could do is send in ask memes to blogs , to try to get something going   !   (   make sure to read rules first of course   !    )   most people don’t mind if you continue memes into an entire thread as long as you make a new post for it . 

my last idea , similar to the first is a plotting call , rather than a starter you would message anyone who likes it   &   plot a starter   !   i’m very shy too , so i understand that can be nerve racking   BUT   this way you know they want to message you back   !!
