Summary:
Sylvie was sixteen when she got an invitation to the gifted program. Now, from her experience, gifted programs were places for nerds when their parents got exhausted of them. And she was fine with that. Except "gifted" might mean something different than what she imagined. Now, she's been sucked into a world full of magical plants, multiple realms, and monsters that smell a little too much like her school bathrooms. If that was it, perhaps Sylvie could have adjusted. However, along with these new changes in her life, there's also an entity that wants to destroy it all.
This adventure, squeezed into a novella, is the start of an exploration of human connection and how it affects power, in the eyes of a girl who has seen too much. It's a tale of both fantasy and magic, along with our reality.
Genres: Fiction, Urban Fantasy, Coming of Age
Suitable for ages 11 and above (this is clean Y/A, of course)

a few years ago, I wrote a sapphic fantasy novella! it's now available for free
A forest holds a living shadow, a sketchbook holds premonitions, and a dormitory that should hold three students only holds two. It shouldn't be up to Clementine and Mona to find a roommate they've never met, but no one else is looking for her. The path to her is dangerous, hidden, and anything but straight.
Hey in case you missed it, I have this book that you could purchase and read, and it's full of short smutty stories.
Amazon | Barnes & Noble | Smashwords | Ko-Fi
What kind of smut? Let me show you.
Excerpt from "The Emperor," the first story in the collection, below the cut. Content warning for the excerpt: consensual D/s, slight degradation, spanking, punishment, mention of slave roleplay/dynamics, teasing, fingering, and PIV sex. Yeah, it's that kind of book.

His bare finger stroked over her folds.
“You like this too much,” he told her, fingers teasing her entrance for a moment, collecting moisture before dragging it to her clit and circling that, just short of where she wanted him to touch. “Look at you. If I spank you again, you’ll come and probably make a damned mess in my throne room.”
She moaned a little, and this time she couldn’t help it. She was aching, not from the spanking—the pain had faded away already—but from arousal, and his hand was touching her, and she had wanted him all day.
“He was right,” he said, “I do have a little whore for a slave.” And then he pulled his hand away again, and for the second time that day, his fly unzipped. “Lucky me,” he grunted, and she felt his cock press against her.
“Sir?” she said, surprised.
“You were very, very good for me,” he said again, and then his cock stroked against her folds, not quite entering her. “Even if you were also very naughty. Do you want your reward and the rest of your punishment, Nari?”
She had no idea what that meant, but she was pretty sure she did, and instead of answering she tried to thrust back against his cock.
He laughed. “I think I will take that as a yes,” he said, and slowly—painfully, frustratingly slowly—he began to slide into her.

Once again, if that was of interest to you, you can buy it from these places:
Amazon | Barnes & Noble | Smashwords | Ko-Fi
You could also leave a review on Goodreads if you like it!
For pretty much my whole life, I've wanted to be a published author. I have self-published a book that I plan to re-write and re-publish through a platform other than Amazon at some point. But recently, I've realized that I don't want to be a published author anymore, at least not a traditionally published one.
I'm perfectly content with being a small-town indie author who writes more fanfic that original content. Because I don't want to deal with all the stuff that comes with being traditionally published. It's not even the agent/submission/rejection stuff that I don't want. It's the publicity, the events, the networking. Yall, I'm an introvert.
But anyway, there's a point to all this. At first I felt guilty about this, because I worried I was giving up on my dream, or that I'd disappoint people in my life (can't tell you how many times I've mentioned writing fanfiction to someone in my family and they're like, "Yeah, but when are you going to write original stuff again?"). But you know what I realized?
I'm happy. I'm happy being self-published. I'm happy writing fan-fiction. I don't need a Kirkus review or a book deal to be fulfilled. Comments, kudos, community in fandom - they are so fulfilling! And, cliche though it may be, life's too short to try to conform to old dreams or others' expectations. I'll definitely write original stuff again at some point, but it'll be on my timetable. And that's okay.
The point is, do what you love. Be who you want to be. Don't let anyone else decide what "real" or "original" writing is for you.
Also, side note, just because I'm playing in someone else's sandbox and writing for fun and not for profit doesn't mean my work is not original. The characters and world might not be, but the hours and hours of time and work and effort I put into my fics bring to life a unique story, one that didn't exist before I wrote it. Ergo, original.
Don't know why I got inspired to post this at almost 2 in the morning, but maybe somebody else needs to hear this, too.

Two months ago at this point, I released The Fall, first in my trilogy called Kingdoms. It is an adult contemporary fantasy with a focus on mental healty, revenge, toxic relationships, and the messy bonds between family. The first book follows Satan on his attempts to prevent his ex-best friend, Takahiro Koizumi, and ex-"girlfriend", Katherina Astraia, from attempting to take over the planet Ayuzuma. Work on the second book is taking place, though it likely won't be coming out anytime soon.
