cannoli  is  a  google  docs  template  designed  for  single  muse  blogs  and  inspired  by  sonny  carisi  from  law  and  order  :  svu  .      this  is  a  very  structure  dependent  doc,     meaning  the  content  is  designed  to  fit  on  one  page  .  mobile  friendly  except  for  the  top  title,     which  can  overlap  .

do  not  remove  the  credit  under  any  circumstances.  

how  to  edit  it?

the  image  in  the  first  column  is  400 px  by  804 px.      click  the  image  and  then  click  “replace  image”  in  order  to  change  it.

psd  used  is  currently  unreleased  but  was  made  by  me.

for  color  scheme  changes,    the  following  may  be  helpful  :

the  background  page  color  and  basic  text  color  are  the  same.

the  quote  highlight  color  and  all  border  colors  are  the  same.

the  main  title,  header  and  accent  color  for  stats,  etc.  are  the  same.

the  background  of  the  tables  /  main  header,    the  quote  text  and  the  credit  are  the  same  color.

the  columns  are  structured,    so  adding  text  beyond  what  they  can  hold  will  disrupt  the  formatting.     however,      additional  columns  can  be  added  by  a  simple  copy  and  paste  if  you  need  more  space  on  a  second  page.  

feel  free  to  fiddle  with  this  to  your  liking,      but  give  credit  still.   xoxo

@INDIEDOCS   presents   :  the  fucking  supreme   !   an  all-in-one  doc  template

the  fucking  supreme  is  an  all-in-one  doc  inspired  by  cordelia  goode  of  american  horror  story’s  coven.  it  is  a  two  page  document  that  can  be  edited  and  adapted  to  suit  your  character.  this  doc  relies  heavily  on  it’s  structure  and  may  need  adjusting.  this  doc  is  not  mobile  friendly.  

this doc allows for six rules or guideline descriptions, mains and exclusives, and  number of verse descriptions. it includes a section dedicated to your headcanons and metas, however this space can be edited to include more characters arcs if required. it includes character stats and an out of character description box.

instructions.

to  use  this  template,  click  on  “file”  and  “make  a  copy”  ...  rename  accordingly.

replace  the  title,  images  and  quotes  to  suit  your  character.  pay  attention  to  the  dimensions  as  going  over  can  throw  out  the  formatting. 

other  than  grey,  there  are  two  colours  used  as  accents.  a  light  colour  and  a  darker  version  of  that  same  colour  for  highlighting  and  bold  text  **  if  you  change  the  highlight  colour  be  aware  that  there  are  full  stops  in  that  same  colour  to  space  it  out.

change  the  images  on  the  doc  by  clicking  on  the  image  then  right  clicking  and  select  “replace  image”  ...  use  the  dimensions  below  to  size  accurately.

i  do  not  recommend  changing  the  sub-header  text  as  it  is  spaced  to  fit  the  columns  of  the  doc  and  will  need  adjusting  if  edited.

need  to  know.

first  image  is  540 x 105.  as  it  is  a  horizontal  image,  i  recommend  using  an  aesthetic  image  rather  than  a  picture  of  your  muse.

the  numbers  for  the  rules  are  55 x 55  and  made  in  photoshop.  feel  free  to  decrease  the  numbers  depending  on  how  much  text  you  use.

the  second  image  is  245 x 325  with  a  15px  transparent  border.

do  not  remove  the  credit  at  the  bottom  of  the  doc.  feel  free  to  change  the  background  colour  to  fit  your  colour  scheme. 

as  this  is  a  finicky  template,  feel  free  to  contact  us  if  you  have  any  questions  or  need  any  help  with  editing  it.

the  psd  i  used  on  the  second  image  is  a  black  and  white  version  of  “daunting”  by  @plutocommissions.

@INDIEDOCS     presents     :     tinkerbell     !     a     multi-muse     interest     tracker

tinkerbell  is  a  google  sheets  interest  tracker  perfect  for  multi-muse  roleplay  blogs.  this  tracker  works  well  for  any  number  of  characters  and  includes  a  section  for  additional  blogs.  it  is  customisable  and  easy  to  edit.  tinkerbell  includes  a  frozen  example  column  for  your  mutuals  to  use  as  a  guide  when  adding  their  url.

instructions.

to  use  this  template,  select  “file”  and  “make  a  copy”

to  increase  or  remove  spaces  for  characters,  right  click  on  the  sheet  and  select  “add/remove  row  below  or  above”  

to  change  the  background  colours  of  the  subheaders,  select  the  appropriate  number  on  the  left-hand  side  of  the  sheet  until  the  entire  row  is  highlighted.  select  the  background  paint  feature  and  choose  your  colour.  to  change  the  accent  colours,  highlight  the  coloured  text  and  select  the  font  colour  feature.  change  accordingly.

to  add  more  columns  for  your  mutuals  to  fill,  highlight  a  column  using  the  lettered  bar  at  the  top  of  the  sheet.  right  click  and  select  “add  right/left”

the  instructions  and  information  text  can  be  edited.

important  information.

the  first  two  columns  are  frozen.  this  will  help  your  mutuals  fill  in  your  tracker  without  forcing  them  to  scroll  left  to  right  in  order  to  determine  what  character  they  are  expressing  an  interest  in.

don’t  forget  to  change  the  shared  link  from  “viewer”  to  “editor”  on  your  copy  otherwise  your  mutuals  can’t  add  their  url  to  your  tracker.

do  not remove  the  credit  tab  at  the  bottom  of  the  template.

@INDIEDOCS  PRESENTS  :  MAKE  IT  PINK  . . .   A  MULTI-MUSE CHARACTER  DIRECTORY  DOC  !

make  it  pink  is  a  multi-muse  character  directory  doc.  it  is  fairly  simple  and  easy  to  edit.  the  template  is  two  pages  but  the  second  page  can  be  deleted  if  you  don’t  need  that  many  character  tabs.  this  doc  is  completely  mobile  friendly.

instructions. 

to  use  this  doc,  go  to  “file”  and  select  “make  a  copy”

edit  the  background  colour  via  “file”  and  “page  setup”  the  background  colour  is  the  same  colour  as  the  “status”  text,  and  the  same  colour  as  the  table  border.  to  change  that  colour,  place  your  cursor  at  the  bottom  of  each  table  and  select  “shift”  and  press  the  “up  key”  until  the  complete  table  is  highlighted.  change  the  “border  colour”  to  match  your  page  background.

the  first  page  with  the  title  and  description  provides  exactly  56  character  tabs.  the  second  page  includes  an  additional  60  tabs.  the  entire  doc  template  has  room  for  116  character  tabs.  to  remove  a  row,  highlight  the  row/s  you  want  to  remove,  right  click  and  select  “delete # row” 

need  to  know.

do  not  remove  the  credit  tab/s.  

be  aware  that  changing  the  amount  of  text  in  the  description  box  provided  beneath  the  title  will  affect  the  formatting  of  the  doc  in  it’s  entirety.  i  recommend,  if  you  use  less  text  than  the  example  provided,  you  space  it  to  match  the  template.  if  you  use  more  text,  simply  delete  a  row  or  two  from  the  second  table  on  the  first  page  until  the  first  credit  line  is  back  in  place.

technobabble  !  inspired  by  col.  sam  carter  of  the  stargate  franchise.  this  is  an  all  in  one  two  page  doc  template  that  includes  a  substantial  rules  /  guidelines  section,  a  mains  /  exclusives  section,  a  statistics  and  moral  alignment  section,  a  verses  section  and  a  headcanons  /  metas  section.  this  doc  is  semi-mobile  friendly.  the  title  and  subheaders  overlap,  and  some  of  the  text  can  clip.

instructions.

to  use  this  doc,  click  on  “file”  and  “make  a  copy”

to  change  the  page  border  colour,  go  to  “file”  and  “page  layout”  then  change  it  to  suit  your  colour  scheme.  the   page  background  colour  matches  the  title  and  subheader  text.  adjust  the  highlight  colour  to  suit.  

if  you  want  to  shorten  the  rules  section,  you  will  need  to  use  a  shorter  centre  image.  see  the  image  dimensions  below  for  current  sizing.  this  could  also  be  adjusted  to  use  as  a  biography  /  about  section  if  required.

statistics  and  alignment  sections  can  be  edited  to  whatever  you  want  them  to  be.  if  you  want  to  keep  the  alignment  stat  bar,  use  this  test  to  determine  your  character’s  alignment.

for  the  verses  section,  write  as  much  or  as  little  as  you  like.  it  is  formatted  using  the  tables  feature.  so  you  can  adjust  it  to  suit  your  needs.  change  the  icon  dimensions  or  use  more  than  one  to  stay  in  line  with  the  text.  it’s  entirely  up  to  you  and  easy  to  edit.  you  can  also  copy  and  paste  each  section  to  add  or  remove  verses.  to  replace  the  icons,  click  on  each  one,  right  click  then  select  “replace  image”  to  use  your  own.

keep  or  remove  the  important  links  section  if  you  do  not  need  or  want  it.  it  won’t  affect  the  rest  of  the  doc.

need  to  know.

do  not  remove  the  credit  at  the  top  of  the  template.  feel  free  to  adjust  the  colour  to  match  your  colour  scheme.

the  centre  image  on  the  first  page  is  245 x 545.  as  mentioned  above,  the  height  size  can  be  adjusted  if  you  need  to  shorten  your  rules  section.

the  icon  images  for  your  verses  are  105 x 105  with  a  10px  transparency  border.  the  icon  itself  is  95 x 95.  there  is  a  1pt  dashed  border  made  using  the  doc  tool  that  surrounds  it.  if  you  use  more  than  one  icon,  i  recommend  using  one  above  the  other.  this  will  look  better  with  a  long  verse  description.

@INDIEDOCS   presents   :  frost   !   a   multi-muse   character   directory   template

frost  is  a  character  directory  doc  template  for  multi-muse  blogs.  it  is  fairly  simple  and  easy  to  edit.  it  is  a  colour  coordinated  template  separated  in  to  fandom  sections,  but  can  be  utilised  for  any  set  up.  the  doc  itself  is  only  one  page  but  can  continue  on  to  additional  pages  if  required.  this  doc  is  not  mobile  friendly  as  the  text  will  clip.

instructions.

to  use  this  template,  click  on  “file”  and  select  “make  a  copy”

change  the  title  to  your  own  url.  if  your  url  doesn’t  fit,  change  the  font  size  to  adjust.  you  are  welcome  to  also  change  the  “character  directory”  title  otherwise  leave  as  is  and  adjust  the  colour  to  suit.

colour  tabs  :  use  “font  colour”  and  “highlight”  to  adjust  the  colour  tabs  to  suit  your  aesthetic.  these  colours  can  be  anything  you  want  them  to  be,  they  don’t  have  to  abide  by  a  specific  shade.  these  tabs  can  be  used  to  indicate  specific  information  that  apply  to  your  characters  and  are  editable.

to  add  a  new  fandom  section,  click  your  cursor  on  a  space  beneath  a  pre-made  tab  and  press  “shift”  and  the  “up”  key.  this  will  highlight  the  whole  section.  then  copy  and  paste  it  at  the  bottom  of  the  page.  you  may  need  to  adjust  the  spaces  slightly  so  that  it  doesn’t  clip  between  pages.

need  to  know.

there  is  a  space  between  each  character  line  that  is  2px  so  that  it  is  spaced  out  neatly.  if  you  highlight,  copy  and  paste  the  “character  +  faceclaim”  line,  include  the  space  above  it  so  the  lines  are  cohesive.

i  would  not  recommend  exceeding  the  text  lines  provided  in  the  “information  here”  section  however  a  shorter  description  will  not  affect  the  format.  

do  not  remove  the  credit  but  feel  free  to  adjust  the  colouring  to  suit.
