The lyrics are from Rachel L. Hughes' song Sin from her album Lolina: Origins that has nothing to do with the Mechs, but I couldn't stop thinking about Brian while listening to it, and the fact that Tim Ledsam (of Gunpowder fame) sings the preacher's part was not helping xD

(it's a really cool album tho, I recommend)

I think a magician should be, in the best case scenario, grateful that they’re able to share wonder with others, because that is a rare commodity, you know? There’s not a lot of wonder in the world anymore. As a magician it shouldn’t be about your ability to do magic. Those words shouldn’t even go together. It should be that you’re able to share a glimpse of wonder because you’ve seen it. You can help navigate people to that space of imagination. It’s not about you.
