The Coven of Elders
Don’t worry. She would only kill you if she genuinely thought it was the right thing to do…
My vague idea of how I imagine Indri, the Witch of Wind and Stars from The Wizard the Witch and the Wild One, to look like. I was doing this as prep for a potential illustration, but I actually really liked the vibe of this thumbnail sketch so I’m posting it lol
Finished wbn book 1 and lemme tell ya, I LOVED IT. I could go on, but I think it's more important that I share my top crackships ive come up with:
Sworn x Eioghorain. They're in the same movie and both have a soft spot for suvi. Also, before the double nat1 scene, sworn gave me strong uncle vibes. Suvi's uncle x suvi's uncle. Do you see the vision?
Lemon Lady x the Great Bear. They're both caked up and cmon, you telling me he wouldn't hit that? She's the only one who can match his margaritaville energy. They're endgame.
Indri x Steel. Or Indri x Ame or Indri x Suvi. Im not picky. Indri deserves some toxic Yuri in her life. She's so Regina George coded she needs a woman to plot revenge against obsessively. How about Indri x Slate? They can bond over hating Suvi and wanting to kill Ame.
POV: you’re the new kid and the rest of your coven is deciding if they hate your vibe (it was told to you in a prophecy that they would hate your vibe so you’re probably not in luck)
One of them knows how to install a doorknob.

One of the largest living lemurs, the indri is native to Madagascar. Also called the babakoto, they are revered by the Malagasy people and play an important part in their myths and legends with various stories in existence accounting for their origin.
They are monogamous and live in small family groups, moving through the canopy, and are herbivorous, feeding mainly on leaves but also seeds, fruits, and flowers. The groups are quite vocal, communicating with other groups by singing, roaring and other vocalisations. Besides humans, they are the only mammal found that can use rhythm.

In my relisten to Arc 2 and Arc 3, I am now at the point where I think and repeat "Consort as verb. Not a noun, Mirara." Just over and over and over.
Ice. Cold.
