Robert is in and out of consciousness. First thing that registers? A sensation of floating... which could be good or bad... He doesn't feel water, and if he can't recognize the sensation of water, that's another can of worms. Rather, the sensation is ascending, somewhat. He doesn't feel the ground anymore... And he's out again. His mind flickers on and off in intervals like a lightbulb on a faulty circuit. There are strong arms. A dark shape... A grunt or two... and a hoist as weight is redistributed.... And he's out again....

"A totally normal and well adjusted thing to say, but you know what? I get it." She leans forward, waggling her eyebrows. "I bet that's how you want Miss Potts to feel, am I right?"

Ally saw the debris fall onto Tony from the air, and as soon as she saw the jagged piece of metal sticking out of his leg she knew they had a problem on their hands. She flew down to land next to him.

"Really big scratch. No, no. Don't cut it. Hold on." With a fluid movement of her hands, two air currents wrapped around the metal, smaller ends dipping into where it was lodged into the suit (and she presumed his leg from the blood coming out of the creases of his armor). "Brace yourself."

She raised her hands and the air currents tugged the metal up and away from him, unceremoniously dropping it to the side once clear. She immediately dropped to her knees next to him. "Alright, what next? What do you need?"

"no no no- hear me out! snacks arrows! hungry? just shoot an arrow and boom, granola bar!"

The armor finally moves when it's spoken too. The eyes continuing to stare right ahead at him. One hand reached up and double tapped on the reactor. A panel opened, revealing that Tony was notably absent in this one. However it wasn't completely empty. A gift basket was stored within, one which the armor pulled out of it's chest cavity and offered. "Mazel tov, that's my son you're fucking. I just wanted to be neighborly and offer you congratulations on your joyous and happy union."

"I hate this...." Bucky sigh with a groan as Alpine seemed to believe Bucky brought home a new toy for her to play with. "But no one is inside this one..... And theoretically robots has no rights...." He said out loud before looking down at Alpine like she had the answer. "We're shooting it right?"

A smile tugged at his lips, the kind that hinted at affectionate mockery rather than genuine malice, as he took Tony in with the air of someone appraising a highly valuable weapon that had suddenly become self-aware and annoyingly self-satisfied. Unfortunately, there was enough truth in the jab to make any argument seem futile. ( Tony had an overabundance of charm, an ego that could light up half a city, and an uncanny knack for drawing attention like a moth to a flame. It was rather tragic, really. One couldn’t blame others for developing poor taste in such conditions. ) Yet, that didn’t mean he was going to let the comment slide without some sort of payback. Where could the fun be in that? His eyes sparkled with mischief, glinting with that familiar urge to poke fun, as if he’d already decided to flip the boast around and explore the most irritating angle. Vanity was always more entertaining when encouraged just enough to tip it into absurdity.

His senses are heightened and he is on edge. Thor is hyper aware of everything around him, especially if they might be a threat to tony getting his bearings after being knocked so hard. The god does not pretend to know how the suit works but there is only so much damage it can take. Humans can be fragile and he can't imagine the feeling of being crushed still feel great despite the armor surrounding him.

"You need to take a breath, Stark. There is more action to be had but ONLY when you are able." Thor's large hands steady the man in the iron suit as helps tony to his feet. His hand grasped within the other's and a strong hand on his shoulder when he finally stands upright.

"You are not as humorous as think yourself to be," Thor says but he still finds a chuckle which contradicts his statement. "Are you sure you're ready to continue?" He asks as if they have much of a choice. The battle must rage on and will with or without them. It would go poorly without them so they need to be able to trudge onward. Not at the expense of a loss of a comrade though.
