"Korra?" Asami's voice is soft as she steps into the garden where she'd last seen her girlfriend wander into. Meditation, she'd said, with a smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. Space had been given, but space could only do so much and her concern grew as time passed. "You've been out here a while. Everything alright?"
Despite how little she had seen of Asami lately, she sped off for the gardens as soon as she arrived at the Sato Mansion. Asami had been in the sitting room with one of Mako and Bolin’s many relatives, Korra just feigned a smile and said she had been slacking on her meditation recently. With Naga still in the south pole, she knew that she would be left alone for as long as she needed to be. The sun had just begun to set, still above the horizon when she sat down and put her hands together.
Korra zoned out, allowing herself to just sit in silence, not focusing on anything in particular. She had no idea how much time had passed when Asami made herself known. She noted the sound of her heels clicking before opening her blue eyes. The sun had long since set, what stars could be seen now visible in the night sky. She had meditated right through dinner. Allowing her stiff shoulders to relax, she let out a heavy sigh as she stared at her lap.
“Not really. Some guy in town today started asking me things about Kuvira that he shouldn’t have even known. And then he started talking about how I ruined the Avatar Cycle because of what happened with Raava when I fought my uncle. I never really blamed myself, but..I guess he’s right. The past avatars are gone, and I’m the one to blame.”

It had been almost a week since they had returned form the Spirit World. With Korra meeting with President Raiko, the Republic City council, going out for Noodles with Bolin, visit Kuvira in prison and even heading out to Zaofu for two days, the Avatar had barely had anytime to spend with her girlfriend. While they had spent two weeks together in the Spirit World, Korra still loved spending time with her. Asami was her best friend and so she decided to surprise her.
In the two weeks that they were gone, Future Industries rebuilt their factory in a new location. Raiko had expanded the city’s borders and made sure that Future Industries had a new factory built and ready to go when the CEO had returned. Landing outside with a soft thud, Korra closed her glider with one hand while the other kept a beautiful bouquet of tulips behind her back. There were a wide variety of colors in the bouquet, mostly shades of pink and purple. Stepping into the factory proudly, she went right for Asami’s office, only to find it empty.
Pout present on her face, she turned back out and began walking around the factory, asking everyone she could where their boss was, and occasionally calling her name. She kept the flowers as hidden from view as she could. In a nearby meeting room, Asami’s personal assistant entered with a bow.
“Miss Sato? It appears that the Avatar is searching for you. Quite loudly, as well.”
"if you're asami----"
"----and i'm asami----"
"----then who's driving???"
[text] You left your shirt and I’ve been wearing it all day, so now it’s mine
Send my muse one of the following texts to see how they react:
Korra stared at her phone in wonder Which shirt had it been? She had just recently slept over Asami’s house, along with Bolin and Mako but the boys had slept in the living room. Quickly, she typed back.
[Text]: Which shirt are you talking about?

“ Do you know what I’m capable of? “
"Yes, I do. But you've been teaching me to drive. I think I'll be the one to win this race, Asami." Korra said, putting on a helmet.
