Hey! I was wondering if you can explain the "vessel" thing about the shogun? What did they mean by vessel? If it was not a body double or the actual shogun what is it? Even the yato said the head was legit. I am very confused :/

With “The one whom he slayed was not the Shogun nor was it a body double, it was the vessel known as Shogun.” they mean that with faking Sho-chan’s death and therefore having him lose his position as Shogun, Zenzou tried to protect his friend while putting all the blame on him. So yeah the head was from a fake (possibly a puppet or something similar) and not the real Shogun, don’t worry.

But because Abuto and the other Yatos did see the real Shogun at the end of chapter 508, Zenzou’s plan basically failed and Sho-chan is now still in danger…
