i miss my best friend...

I don't know what else to say or how much longer I can do this. I love that I've made new friends, but a part of me is missing. Even though we're only half an hour away from each other and have been talking non-stop, there's a piece of myself missing. I'm here at college and she's at home...without me. I love that I'm making new friends, but nothing feels right without having her by my side. Waking up, knowing that I don't get to see her face is just horrible. I hate feeling this way....an I just miss her. Maybe it'll get easier when she goes to college and makes friends, but overall, I don't know how I can do this for a year....it kills me not being able to see her. She's my sister at heart...I know our friendship is strong and one that a lot of people envy, and that we will get through this, but it's still hard...
