i totally forgot to post this, but when i was chatting to bob this past weekend, i gave him my bellarke painting to sign (the scene from day trip) and he commented on the ‘let’s just run away’ bit that was deleted. turns out it wasn’t the writers or post-production team that didn’t want that scene in, it was bob who asked for it to be cut (probably, i presume, because it was so out of character for season 1 bellamy).

so the writer’s wanted it in there from the start. take from that what you will!
