My body craves your touch....
serial killer AU Jason who got to grow up to seventeen without any strings attached. Thinking about comics jaybin who was so looking forward to turning sixteen, and about him being taught how to drive and how much of a debate it must have been in the family to decide if Jay should be allowed to get a motorcycle so soon after getting his license, until someone (Dick) (with Bruce’s money) (Bruce approved it even tho he was initially against it) just bought him one anyways.
then I’m thinking about when jay almost dies, and suddenly he can’t drive anymore. For months while he’s hospitalized, and then for over a year at least while recovering from his brain damage. For a long time he probably can’t even be IN a moving car without getting sick and disoriented.
maybe that’s when fixing up cars with Bruce goes from an occasional hobby to something they do near-constantly. Something physical jay can do to help regain his mobility, without the pressure of driving or some spot he may have enjoyed in the past. He just gets to sit with Bruce and listen to direct instructions and put his time into something he’ll be able to enjoy in the future once he’s better, and it’s a reminder that even though it’s really tough right now it WILL get better and he’ll get to drive with his dad and brothers again.
can you tell I have big feelings about au’s where Jason gets to recover with his family beside him supporting him? Yeah

Read and remember, my friends: the MAGAts can bring to bear all the uber-conservative bots and far-right algorithm twisting in the world, but it will not turn them into the majority. Never. Again.
"The idea that Ziva goes to therapy comes from the fact that obviously she's had a lot of things in life that have been very challenging. So she has to confront all of those ghosts and she has to confront her PTSD and the things that obviously bring forth this horrible, paralyzing anxiety. I think the challenges that she's had and the losses that she's had inform her inability to be able to, at times, make this relationship work with Tony. So by tackling all of the other stuff, all of the ghosts, by making peace with the demons, she's able to somehow bridge this emotional thing and be able to love somebody without the baggage. And I think the journey of that is beautifully explored. (I think there's obviously more.) But, as you know, relationships are kind of ongoing, and you know, you can tackle these themes a lifetime. The idea of trusting someone, of earning trust, of, you know, what do you hold, what do withhold, how do you bridge - how do you talk about things. There's a certain discomfort in that level of vulnerability, that level of - and also loving someone so much, you know, really like - what Michael and I always talk about is that they're each other's better half, you know, they're each others' - the love of their life, you know, so there's so much at stake with messing it up, with, 'oh God is it gonna happen; is it not gonna happen; can we make it', so many doubts, you know, so, I think that's the reality of a lot of people, actually."

We know Logan runs on all fours during a fight when he has to dodge bullets and because it makes him faster. But what if he does it at home to? When the pain of his adamantium skeleton forces him to resort to crawling because this way his weight is distributed better and it's less strain to his joins. At first he doesn't wanna do it in front of Wade, he's afraid it will make him look like a dumb animal. But turns out Wade doesn't mind. He will build a pillow fort under the living room table for Logan where they can both watch TV together without Logan having to get up to climb on the couch in his pain. Then Wade will take Logans head in his lap and rub some tiger balm on his back to get him relief.
