Naukri Desktop Website UX Issue

UX ISSUE IN NAUKRI DESKTOP WEBSITE

✏️ My schedule after my early morning routine starts with opening Naukri or LinkedIn's job section.

✏️ Having a paid subscription, I prefer Naukri to look for jobs.

✏️ The website is great and so are the opportunities. (The fact that I am still unemployed.)

✏️ But. There is an issue.

✏️ That is the automatic switch from 'All' to the 'Unread' category under the Job >> NVites section.

✏️ While I am checking for the invites and clicking on 'Apply' or 'Not interested', the website directs me from Unread to All and I get confused while surfing.

✏️ I don't know whether it's a UX or a technical issue, but I'd like the team to consider it a suggestion.

NOTE—If I wanted, I could have just recorded a video or write a post, but I opted to make a carousel to ensure that it reaches the right place.

WSO2 completes $93 mn series E funding with investment from Info Edge

WSO2, provider of digital transformation technology, announced that the company has completed its Series E funding round with the addition of RedStart Labs (India), a subsidiary of Info Edge. The move brings the total growth capital raised to $93 million. Info Edge joins lead investor Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Credit (Goldman Sachs), which completed the first tranche of the Series E in November 2021. Info Edge, through its RedStart subsidiary, will contribute strategically to WSO2’s accelerated business expansion across India.

WSO2, with more than 800 customers in over 90 countries, has already established a strong presence in India. Over 35 leading enterprises in India—including government agencies and global leaders in financial services, communications, healthcare and technology—rely WSO2’s products and solutions to drive their digital journeys and deliver innovative experiences to customers. Info Edge (India) Limited has acquired a 25% stake in Gurugram-based EdTech startup Juno Learning for about INR 11.25 crore.

Info Edge (India) Limited has acquired a 25% stake in Gurugram-based EdTech startup Juno Learning for about INR 11.25 crore.

As per the company regulatory filing, Noida-based Info Edge has agreed to acquire 4,331 compulsorily convertible preference shares having a face value of INR 10 each as the primary acquisition of shares. The aggregate shareholding of the company, post this investment, in the said entity would be 25% on a fully converted and diluted basis.

Founded by Tarun Matta in 2021, Juno Learning is building an interactive online school that teaches sales techniques, processes, and tools to entry-level professionals and students in an experiential manner, to enhance employability.

Matta founded IIMJobs.com in 2010 and Hirist.com in 2014 (online recruitment platforms in the management and engineering space) to cater to the job needs of those who have graduated from premier management institutes. Both IIMJobs and Hirist.com were later acquired by Info Edge.

Info Edge runs online job portal Naukri.com, matrimony website Jeevansathi.com, real estate classifieds platform 99Acres.com, and educational website Shiksha.com among others.
