He was hooked up to so many different machines he had no idea what they were called. He had fallen back into an uneasy sleep, something that Liam didn't want. He tired to fight it for most of the day till he just passed out. 

The nightmares started soon after that. The same ones again, it was always the same ones. They never went away. Chasing the child through the burnt out field. The whispers of the ones who have died following him where he went.

Dropping the reports on his desk, Lennox left his cabin as fast as his feet allowed him. The elevator ride brushed with eternity on its way down, his groans being its descending soundtrack.

In less than five minutes the commander waved the doors open, calling out for his Asari friend. "Liara?!"

Her body only warmed at the passion the lieutenant gave her in return, her lips savoring his as if she were a child who had tasted the savory sweetness of chocolate for the first time. She had yet to experience a feeling that was so pleasant to her senses. Liara adored the way his body felt against her own, his hair beneath her fingers, the warmth of his tongue against her own and the taste of him was even better. 

Slowly, the asari allowed a leg to part, his knee sinking between her thighs as her hands ran down his back, pressing him closer to her body— firm. A slight moan hummed against his lips as she took pleasure in the pressure of his knee against her as she, ever so slowly, pulled her lips away. 

The lieutenant pressed his knee against her, his tongue moving from her mouth to her neck. The texture of her skin driving him a little bit over the edge as he sucked on her neck.  He didn't give her a chance to see his facial expressions of need, only showed it to her through actions. The burning passion coursed through him, dominating any sense of hesitation. His strong hands slipping from her hips to her bottom, lifting her up so she could wrap her legs around him. It was a tight fit for the closet, but hey, they could manage.

 James' hands moved to her thighs, wrapping strong arms around them. His lips caressing the blue skin beneath them eagerly, letting his teeth graze it softly. He moved along her neck to her jawline, kissing it softly. "Nice to see you still want some of me, Doc," he mutters against her skin before quickly kissing her and trailing his tongue against her bottom lip.

Elli stared at the strange readings on her datapad as she headed down to the crew deck. She'd asked most of the crew on duty if they knew what some of this meant, and most of them had no idea. Short of going to EDI who was currently charging up her systems, the Commander had asked everyone around. Short of Liara, that is. She did not want to disturb her Asari friend too much,  especially not after what happened on Thessia and the loss of her homeworld to the Reapers. She tightened up her bootstraps and knocked on the woman's door, noting the light panel was a glaring red against the steel of the door.

Aiding the Ill

She shifted uncomfortably outside the door, a rare show of weakness from someone usually so cool. But how could she not be nervous when she had heard so much about the woman on the other side, heard of her services and ability to skirt the law if need be. And that was exactly what she needed.

Sheena Williams came from a small human colony out in the middle of nowhere, a failure in Alliance and Exogeni's eyes alike. Exposed to a surprise factor of a new environment, the humans were infected, mutated in a way, and where Feros get help, her colony was swept under the rug as quietly as possible.

As such, they were no longer supported in a dangerous landscape, barely able to survive. They needed to be relocated silently and without the possibility of being double-crossed by mercenary groups looking for a bounty. And as the leader of this small, tight-knit group, Sheena took it upon herself to travel to Illium to meet one Liara T'Soni so they could... come to an agreement.

However, what was making her nervous was how fame came with a price tag attached. How was she, a woman with nothing but the clothes on her back, supposed to pay one of the most famous information brokers in the galaxy? All of her credits had been used just trying to get here. All she had left was her services, body and/or servitude. If it came to any of those... Well.

She steeled herself, waiting to be called in.

who falls asleep on the couch?:

I feel like Vega would more than Liara. On those days when they talk a lot, or you know, couple things.

Who wakes up first?:

Liara, even if Vega tries to get up early. She's got that shadowbrokering to do.

Who cooks the most?:

Vega, pretty much. At least she can eat his food.

Who’s in charge of the tv remote?:

Liara. Pretty sure she could just put it in a little field and be like, nah no biotiball for you.

Who takes the longest getting ready?:

I don't even.. Liara? Maybe? These guys are in high stress situations, getting ready has to take less than 15 minutes tops?  Evenly matched honestly. They both lack hair to take care of.

Who takes up most of the bed?:

Vega. He's seriously a big ol' dorito body and she's a little asari. What a cutie. 

If/what pets they have?:

James wants a shark, and a varren. I imagine they get little Jellyfish tho. The plant one. like
