Be kind to yourself
Yesterday was rough. I had a pretty hard emotional break down stressing about school, my career choice, my health, and everything in between. Waking up this morning I feel a lot better even though I know that my doubts and problems are still present. But they're not as daunting as they were only a few hours ago. I can do this. I have grown so much as a person and artists over the past four years so it wasn't a waste of time. To anyone out there who might be going through the same thing as I am, I believe in you and its ok to cry and feel down sometimes. I believe that you can get through this and overcome the doubts, stress, insecurity, pain, or whatever it is that is weighing on you at this point. We can get through this.

I know things are hard for you right now. The world is not treating you right and there seems to be no way to fix this. I am truly sorry that you have to go through this right now. It must be hard. I want you to know that though things look bleak, hopeless, empty, or frustrating...it will get better. Find one thing each day that helps you remember that life is beautiful even with all the troubles that are going on in the world. It could be the smallest or most random thing. It could be something that no one else thinks it's beautiful but that's ok because as long as you find it has beauty... that it is. I wish the best for you in all that you do.
