Even when a considerable percentage of The Capitals' population had left the city for festivities this particular car park remained saturated. RH wasn't one of the first shops in The Capital,but they were the first to build a mall. By the time Stop and Shop and Food-world came to their senses they had lost the initiative. I can safely say this shopping centers revenue is a large percentage of Port Moresby's wealth. Now with their very own 5star hotel there's NO NEED to go anywhere else. I wonder if RH will ever lose the initiative because though they weren't the first to build a hotel either they seem to have outdone the existing hotels.
