dealing with this caseworker from florida revenue has been such a fucking shitshow -- she doesn't answer any questions out right and has basically just been like, sign here. dismisses all our requests or pleas for more information so we can understand what exactly is happening with our money and i'm just so --

you're so casual and inconsiderate with someone's literal livelihood. if we didn't have ya'll's current support we would be totally fucked -- i can't imagine what this would be doing to someone who doesn't have the same support system?? anyone could go from paying bills paycheck to paycheck to homeless with this kind of stunt, not to mention how little this caseworker even seems to care about actually helping us get it back or being forthcoming with us. they're thieves, literal thieves. it's so gross & we're so mad
