1928 Tudor mansion with a haunted vibe. It's pricey for being in Detroit, MI, but it's been cut $300k to $1.250m. It's basically untouched and original, but there's something about it that makes it the perfect place for an Addams-like family. 8bds, 12ba, 12,580sqft.

When I read that this house has an atrium, I was wondering where, b/c it's only 1 floor. The 2004 home in Carmichael, CA has 3bds, 3ba, 2,840sqft and is lovely. Asking $850k (Zillow's est.: $838,800).

The front door opens to a kitchen on the left and living room on the right.

The kitchen is very big, and features a large square island, niches, and built-in shelving. While the walls are painted blue, the cabinets are gray with beige counters. Double doors open to the atrium.
