Okay okay, let me tell you a story. I like macaroni and cheese. KIND OF. I really love it when it is homemade but now the box stuff whoo boy.
So when I was a youngin, my parents went on vacation for their anniversary. They left me in charge of my younger siblings, being the oldest and most responsible (what were they thinking amirite?). And they told me they stocked up on food for me to cook for my siblings. My younger siblings will pretty much eat anything that’s carbohydrates, artificial and from a box.
My parents bought us like 20 boxes of mac ‘n’ cheese for the span of three days. We pretty much ran out of food the first day and so for three days straight breakfast lunch and dinner I ate boxed macaroni and cheese. I swear my parents are decent people they were never trying to kill me with mac ‘n’ cheese.
It took me years before I ate another box of that stuff ever again. I only eat the box stuff in desperate times… my siblings still eat the stuff like crazy they came out of the incident unscathed.
So I do like macaroni and cheese, just kind of…
