"What Federation are you with?" Maven asked the Captain as she gazed about the airship. It was unlike any Federation ship she'd seen. The turbines were a bit crude in their design, as if someone had pieced them together from spare parts, and the bow lead off into the air, with a narrow walkway leading to nothing. "You see dearie, that's the Problem." Captain Elyssia, replied putting her hands on her hips. She seemed more confused at Maven's presence than Maven herself did. "We're not with any Federation. And you're not supposed to be here. You're not even supposed to know this ship exists." "What do you mean not with any Federation?" Maven replied, "Someone must own you; Provide you with funding?" Elyssia smiled. "Well, I guess you could say we're in business for ourselves. You see, duck, I believe your kind would call us, well, Pirates." ---------------------------------------------------- This was another dream I had about a girl who lived on an airship. She's thrown into adventure when her parents are jailed for murder and her house ship is stolen.
