hey inky (are we still allowed to call you that lol?) i was wondering what happened to your old (dol centric) and angerlysimpings blogs? i was going to reread some of your writing from when you were still posting there and couldn't find you and then i tried to look up letstalktea's blog and couldn't find them either lol did something happen? sorry if this is out of the blue, one of my favorite blogs got mass reported on not one, but three of their accounts so im hoping that's not what happened here

So, uh... We got news from a friend who was inside the DoL team for a while that Vrel had been found on a site that was... Well, easiest way to say that they said they were a save haven for pedos. Of course, not like that, but yeah, that's the long and short of it.
In our little group of people, Necro and Quiet and Tea and Merman and I, who collabed often and enjoyed hanging out and have been friends for nearly four years now, we all firmly made the decision we were gonna delete or password protect our blogs. I had already taken a long break from DoL because, to be fair, every DoL space outside of Tumblr is fucking exhausting and I had gone through a period of time where I had a bad interaction and been called slurs and harassed to the point I just didn't want to write. And it wasn't even about my own writing, ever. Famously the only two times I got hate, was when I was openly fine with Dragon Age Veilguard, which was hilarious, and then when defending a friend who had come out of the alt right pipeline and come out and become a happier purpose over the time I've known her.
I just... Really hated that the fact I had spent years on my life on that blog. That, sure, I openly had started to ignore the downright stupid lore to just play dolls with the characters, like Remy and Wren, and so on. But still, there was so much time and effort and love I had put in, and as someone who has been through a few horrible events in my life, I was deeply disgusted that the game that had started a long and quite happy writing period in my life had been created by such a disgusting man. Sure, looking back, obvious, but yeah.
But yes. Quiet (simping) and I password protected our blogs and are still wondering if we basically abandon them or keep them password protected. For Tea, that blog was JUST for DoL and so just deleted it all. I'm happy here and Quiet is thinking about starting up a separate writing blog for their scribbles.
So, no, no Mass Reporting like what happened with uhh.... prettyboykatsuki (which was so unbelievably fucked) we just looked at the game that had started our blogs and couldn't stomach just... Letting it be.

I usually ship Eden with my defiant PC Derrik, he's definetly a brat but not a nuisance in class. At worst he just picks a bit on other students. He does genuinely enjoy the class! It's a relief for him to do something creative, even if he's not very good at carving wood. He tries his best tho.
Derrik really enjoys acting! (Little headcanon: it's as Eden watches the school play that Derrik really catches his attention! He played the villain of the story :> )
