Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2face, Nigerian descent and one of Africa’s finest music artiste of all time, recently held a concert in Rwanda, which didn’t go quite as planned.

The multiple award winning artiste was forced to perform less than five songs, which were African queen, True love, Blind and If love is a crime, before his manager signalled him to leave the stage.

NaijaOnlineTV gathered that there were several setbacks in the course of the event, including low turnout of fans, which were allegedly less than 50 persons.

The African king of pop music born on the 18th of September, 1975 in Jos, recently celebrated his 41st birthday, with special messages and prayers sent to him from friends, family and fans across the globe.

Known for singing songs in R&B, hip hop, reggae and Afrobeat, the singer, songwriter, record producer and entrepreneur, who owns Hypertek Digital (a record label), has been active in the Nigerian music industry since 1994 till date.

2face has worked with other artistes including Faze, Blackface, Sound Sultan, R. Kelly, Indomix, Bennie Man, Reggie Rockstone, Ruggedman, Akon, Bridget Kelly, Victor Uwaifo, Wyclef Jean, Mary J. Blige, Sasha P, T-Pain, Vector, Fally Ipupa, MI, Asa, to name a few.

He has received many top local and international awards which include, MTV Europe Music Award, World Music Award, Headies Award, Channel O Music Video Award, BET Award, MTV Africa Music Award, MOBO Award, KORA Award among others.
