     ...The wind felt nice today. A gentle breeze, one he was sure would play nicely with the wildflowers in the area. Maybe he could get some pictures for his grandfather, he’d appreciate that. A deep inhale through his nose, even the air smelled nice. Such a clean area...

     There was greenery everywhere, the humans really took care of this town well. Honestly, if he didn’t have to be wary about the amount of people around him at all times, he’d take a nap under a tree right about now.

     “...A pig?” he looked around, seeing nothing but a girl walking along the path. Maybe it was hiding somewhere. Under a bench? Why would there be a pig in an area like this?

Panic began to rise within to the point she had to consciously stop herself from teleporting away again. Her breathing even became labored as she tried to collect herself. Only when she felt she had reached her break point did she feel the all too familiar feeling of Ethan trying to soothe her. 'Alley Cat?' Even hearing his voice in her head gave her that calming feeling. 

‘Not now, I’ll tell you later.’

Right then she needed to focus on the situation. She could worry about Ethan and even Shida’s reactions later. Though the dragon hadn’t reached out to her, Alex knew that Shida was aware that something was happening. She wouldn’t put it past the dragon either to come and make sure she was alright. No, right then Alex needed to make sure that Kagura wasn’t going to freak out. And if she did then at least she would freak out in a way that wouldn’t tip anyone else off that something strange was going on. She had promised Shida that while she was overseas nothing bad would happen. 

“Not really? It’s more of magic than superpowers...You’re...Not going freak out are you?”

@tofiorire : Eevee, my other half, my twin, one of my loves! When people compliment my Kaoru, I always give credit to Eevee and their Hikaru. It’s because of the writer and muse that Kaoru is who they are right now. I feel a lot of pride in Kaoru ( most times ) and I’m so fucking happy to have become friends with Eevee because they inspire me every single time we talk. Their Hikaru also inspires me. I will read their headcanons on him, will read some threads/asks, and I’m always left in awe. His voice comes through with every response and I feel like Eevee has perfectly captured the Hikaru I fell in love with as a teen! The manga Hikaru who owns my heart and has many rights ( anime Hikaru is on thin ice most times ). Eevee is insanely talented with their writing and the edits that they make. If we have chatted before, you have heard me gush about Eevee and their Hikaru ‘cause I gotta let everyone know how amazing they both are! <3

@ramenthings : I really shouldn’t write nice things about Ashley because then she’ll call me a simp and I’ll cry because she’s always bullying me. Okay, but in all seriousness, Ashley’s Naruto gives me life. When I stumbled upon Ash’s blog, I spent a few good minutes reading threads/asks and laughing my ass off. I immediately followed and didn’t care about getting a follow back... I just want her Naruto on my dash because he makes me smile. Nothing has changed since we became mutuals. I’m still reading her Naruto’s responses and losing my damn marbles because he’s so witty, charming, hilarious, and when he’s more serious... I’m so engaged. Ashley has done a fantastic job of capturing Naruto’s voice and also adding her own spin to him which makes him so captivating. I fucking love her portrayal and her writing so damn much. She’s such a funny and sweet person. A fucking delight and I’m so happy to have them both on my dash. <3

@hatsuuharu : Me reading Iz’s posts and wondering if it’s actually Haru behind the screen because I can clearly hear his voice and his actions/behaviors are so fucking IC. It’s like I’m watching an episode of Furuba or reading the manga whenever Iz is on my dash writing for Haru. Iz has nailed his characteristics so fucking well. Also, it’s not only Iz’s Haru that I love with my whole heart... Lemme shed a bit of light on their Kyoya ( @selfshadows ). I’m sitting here so surprised that Iz writes with me and ships with me. It blows my little mind. I am always in awe when I read their responses and I am always smiling/laughing when I see a message from their Haru and/or Kyoya. I’m convinced it’s actually Haru and Kyoya writing because the portrayals are so lovely. You can tell there’s a lot of love behind these muses. <3

@gentlebcnes : Jem has a collection of muses and they’re all written so beautifully. People with multi-muse blogs deserve so much love and recognition. Jem is someone who deserves so much fucking love and praise! You want muses from Broadway musicals, anime/manga, movies/shows, OCs, and more... Follow Jem because I can promise you some quality writing and phenomenal portrayals. I will read her responses for different muses and sit here captivated because how is she doing this?! How is she writing for these diverse characters and capturing their voices so perfectly? My brain struggles to switch from silly Kaoru to serious Kaoru and yet... Here’s Jem switching from one muse to another and doing it so flawlessly. A huge shout-out to her Furuba muses and her Ouran muses because I fucking love them. Oh! Another shout-out for her edits because holy shit! Everything she touches is beautiful, okay? Her writing and her edits. I love so much! <3

     Though they weren’t ​far apart in age, Rin always felt a sense of protectiveness over Kagura even if she had a rather strange way of showing it. In fact, no one would’ve ever guessed Kagura was actually older than Rin given the waves of cold condescension that screamed older sister vibes from her aloof direction. Maybe it was a sense of loyalty, a feeling of owing Kagura in return for opening her home and her family to her when she’d been discarded by her own parents but still; she remained one of the few Rin overtly showed she cared for even if it usually came with much less tact. Rin was perceptive and Kagura wasn’t exactly good at hiding anything. It’s how she knew something was different about her; something had changed drastically from her obsession with Kyo. “If you want my advice, you’re better off staying that way. Anything else only ends in heartbreak and despair.”

Kyosuke ran and ran, despite how his legs burned and his muscles protested. By the time he reached the place where Isuzu Shoma lived, he was about ready to collapse. Sweat caked his skin, and his chest was heaving. That bile from earlier felt fresher in his mouth, but Kyosuke ignored that disgusting slight metallic taste in favour of rapidly pounding his fist on Isuzu’s front door.

When she finally opened it, Kyosuke had to press a hand onto the wall next to the door in order to stop from collapsing,

“Kagura... needs.... your help.... I didn’t.... remember your phone number.... no time.... f-follow me....” even as Kyosuke said this, the second he tried to move away, his body swayed and he nearly did lose his balance and footing. Needed water, but, Kagura....!!
