It’s never that we are not enough. Disconnect from that idea completely and holistically. Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Instead embody love in every part of your being holistically. Walk with love. Think thoughts of love. Feel emotions of love, ask for love, talk with love.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Put yourself in a love bubble. Operate from this space. The space of abundance, love and light. Have the courage to be YOU. The real you.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You have forgotten that actually your experience has taught you not to be love. Hardships, pain, suffering, neglect teaches you not to operate from this space otherwise it will be dangerous. You’ll get hurt.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I would suggest growing into a love adult... before you was young in your awareness. Or perhaps to young to do anything about it. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Align yourself only with that which is love and being vigilant to that which is not. It’s moments like these, as time comes to an end where you sit and remember, you sit with a grateful heart acknowledging where you have been and where you are. Throughout the beginning and middle of 2018 I travelled through countries and states witnessing the beauty of this earth, feeling gratitude for the friendships that I found along the way and the adventures that I embarked on. Late into 2018, I began my first year of graduate school at Columbia University. Now, into the midst of 2019 and counting down the days until my finals are complete, I am about to wrap up my first year. I feel so grateful to be here, so incredibly proud and happy to be where I am in this beautiful life. The clouds overwhelmed the sky this morning as the sun rose, the pink golden sun greeted me for another beautiful ending and magical beginning to another part of my Australian journey. The last week began in Manly. We spent the first couple days taking the ferry into the Sydney Harbour at the Circular Quay stop. The first moment I came around the bend to the infamous opera house and skyline of Sydney I couldn’t help but smile, another incredible place I am grateful again all over to get to witness. The days passed by in moments. Moments of prayer in St. Mary’s Cathedral, moments wandering Hyde Park, moments drinking coffee in Surry Hills, shopping along Oxford Street in Paddington, moments walking through the Royal Botanic Gardens, moments along the Darling Harbour, and moments with the friends and the people that allowed me to feel Sydney was another home for a piece of my heart to be left. We walked along the coast from Watson’s Bay to Bondi one day and spent the day swimming and resting. The next couple days followed along with early sunrises, a morning hike, swims in the endless ocean pools, and the beach runs where I allowed my mind to breathe and meditate on the moments, the adventures, the kilometres walked thus far, and the friends that become family. As we drive away from Sydney today heading South Bound along the coast, I will hold in my heart the lessons that I have learned from those that surrounded me and the experiences of travelling and witnessing the beauty of new places.
