I'm so heartbroken over the news. I can't imagine what the cast and crew must be feeling. It must be completely disheartening to be a TV writer in this current rating system. You can't even tell the story you want in your own pace without interference. I hope some changes come but so far it doesn't look like it. Like I get they want to cancel it but at least give them an even 30 episode!! Like what's another 4 weeks of waiting to air your new show when they're probably gonna end that one quickly too; like they did with that new one (forgot its name) with only four episodes. Anyways, whatever happens Son Yaz will still be oneof the best Turkish shows and Akmur will forever be one of the best written couples. Never have I seen a dizi couple with such maturity and communication skills and I doubt there will be another again. Now, I'm gonna go watch some more tribute videos and cry again😭😭😭😭😭

Oooof I have just been in a funk all day since I heard the news. You are 100% right, with the way things are being done, it must be so disheartening to be a member of that industry. They must live in constant fear that the show they have put so much time and effort into could get cancelled at the drop of a dime. It is just not conducive to freedom and creativity, for neither the writers nor the actors. I feel so bad for everyone involved in the show. They all seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their time on the show and the environment they were working in. It really seemed like they were all really proud of the show too.

The fact that the show can't even get a proper conclusion will forever be my villain origin story. The fact that we won't see Akgun and Yagmur heal together and find their way back together in a logical and significant way is heartbreaking. The fact that we won't see Selim heal and really work on becoming a better father and a member of his family once again. We won't get to really delve into what Akgun has been through in the past 3 years when we were just starting to talk about it. All of this is just so heartbreaking and unfair.
