The Insanity Workout
The Insanity workout was the most revolutionary concept that appeared in fitness up to date. Shaun T succeeded in creating a program that can target every muscle group in the body, make one lose a lot of weight, build muscle and cardio endurance, agility, speed, strength and so on, in just two months’ time.

Insanity Workout - Day 16: Plyometric Cardio Workout
Well, today was the official beginning of my third week (not including the Fit Test) and I'm still loving it. This time around the only time that I rested was during Ski Abs (I hate those!) but I won't do that every time. It's definitely an achievement for me that this was the only time I stopped for a rest (other than the scheduled rest). It's going really well! I took some 2 week progress photos yesterday and I'm definitely seeing some results. That's not much more to say this time around other than I am loving it. I am struggling to work out why I quick last time! Anyway, dig deeper, work it out and peace out!
