Focus t25 review
Shaun T nailed it again with the release of the Focus T25 workout. Itâs been almost a year and this program has really revolutionized the fitness industry. Targeted mostly at beginners, it offers a lot of challenges that will help you progress into intermediate and advanced levels of fitness.
At first sight, it looks like something that is fairly easy to complete. Once you start with it though, you will realize that this program offers no given barrier, i.e. you can push yourself as far as you can imagine⊠And then some.
Every workout, which you do each day, is designed to last for 25 minutes. If convenience is your thing, then this is the right thing to choose. Done from the comfort of your own home, it is easy and fun to do.
Shaun T motivates you as he equally does in the Insanity workout, and the Asylum program.
Focus T25 is designed to get you through garden variety of challenges, to your desired goal- to lose weight and define your muscles.
It is a program lasting for 2 months, with the alpha and beta phase, forcing you to push deep each day, 5 days per week.
The workouts are mainly designed to enhance your cardio-vascular ability, your strength, balance and flexibility.
The alpha phase trains you by using your own body weight as to supply the resistance, and it is mainly consisted of jumping moves. The beta adds weights into the mix too. The exercises and movements become more and more complex as you progress through the program, so you will find Focus T25 to be not difficult at all.
The results are really amazing, and if you stick to the schedule and the nutrition plan that comes along with the program, then you can hope for a well-shaped body for your next summer season.
The Focus T25 Workout
If P90X required three months and a lot of time every day as to complete the program, Insanity upped the ante and produced an even better effect in two monthsâ time. However, the workouts were intense, and the demographic that went crazy for intensity took upon the Asylum challenge. This other demographic group though, who wanted to get results but not sacrifice that much of a time and effort, wanted something different.
So out came the Focus T25 workout review. And the selling line was - only 25 minutes. Shaun T took the same principles from Insanity when it comes to cardio and complex moves as to target more muscle groups effectively, and with some spice from the Asylum series, he managed to create a revolutionary workout routine.
Lasting for two months and only 25 minutes per day, this workout became popular in an instance. It is intense though, mind you, but however more acceptable than Insanity and not to mention Asylum.
What is probably responsible for the bigger part of the results is the fact that there is no rest in between sets of exercises. Each workout lasts for 25 minutes, but thatâs full intensity, nonstop.
The reviews coming from the net are very favorable, and it seems that this new program is going to live up to the name of its predecessors. The thing is that there should be no comparison with the Insanity workout. This is something entirely else, made for people who want different type of training, and similar results.
The Insanity Asulym
The Insanity workout, though the most popular thing Shaun T has so far created, is not the best when it comes to the pinnacle of the athletic training. That title can easily go to the Asylum series, especially Vol. 1.
Shaun T, and BeachBody too, saw the potential with extreme workout routines, and how there is a certain demographic that always wants to up the ante. They targeted this demographic, realizing that though not athletes some people really want to experience how itâs like to train like an athlete. What came out of this intent was the Asylum Vol.1.
An upgrade to the original Insanity workout, the Insanity: Asylum was going to up the ante and make every workout more efficient, more intense, more complex. Hence the introduction of the agility ladder, the dumbbells, the jumping rope.
The Asylum workout is oriented more upon athleticism than losing weight. The line goes- if you want to look like an athlete, you must train like one. And this logic is simple and straightforward. You cannot expect to have the looks of an athlete without being ready to put in the hard work. And hard work it is. The Insanity: Asylum is probably the hardest workout ever put on DVD. A title which previously went to the Insanity program.
The Asylum lasts for 30 days, and unlike Insanity gives only two days of rest during the whole program. It is so intense that Shaun T advices to rest some before you go for a full take, and then rest again after you finish the 30 days.
This program will not only make you lose weight and drop body fat like you wouldnât believe, but it will make you stronger, faster, more agile, with more coordination, explosiveness, power⊠It is bar none the most effective workout not only in weight loss but athleticism as well.

Shaun T is a face youâve probably already familiar with. He has shown in infomercials, for couple of years now, and looking like he does, he is the perfect advocate for BeachBody as well as fitness and healthy living in general. Most of you probably know him from the Insanity workout.
And this guy is a real motivator. He is in great shape, quite the athletic type, making exercising seem easy and fun, pushing you as to get you where you want to be fitness wise. But what youâve probably never knew about him is that he started just like the average Joe- unfamiliar to fitness as it is, struggling with his weight, wanting to change his body.
This happened right around college years, where instead of the freshmanâs 15, he got the freshmanâs 50. And after an âahaâ moment, he knew something needed to be changed. After a while, he became interested in sports, especially track and field, where he really excelled, and this type of training grew on him, serving as the foundation of almost every one of the workouts he will make later on.
The entry into the fitness world was by chance of luck, when fascinated with choreography and dancing (he got a minor in teathre and dance), he devised a fitness routine based on dance moves. The word about this revolutionary workout routine has spread very fast, and he got an invite from BeachBody to lead the test group for one of their workouts.
After this project resulted with success and his talent became apparent, they invited him to film his fitness routine on DVD and create a product. This quickly became known as the Hip Hop Abs- a program that sky-rocketed his popularity.
After the success he had with this workout routine, he took on the challenge to fight the obesity epidemic in USA, and invented a program that will make people lose insane amount of weight in just two months. This was the Insanity workout program, and right after it was released it became the hottest thing in the fitness world.
The Insanity workout targeted every muscle group in the body and by using your own weight instead of adding resistance, Shaun made it possible to lose weight like you wouldnât believe. The max interval training he borrowed from track and field, and the workouts from almost every sport and style of fitness he knew. This resulted into the best program on athleticism and losing weight than ever before.
What followed were the Asylum series, where he improved upon the original concept of Insanity and, according to me at least, made the best fitness workouts up to date.
His newest and most popular thing is the Focus T25 workout, where he takes the philosophy from the Insanity workouts, and some spice from the Asylum series, and makes you lose weight in two months by only working out for 25 minutes a day.
Shaun T is an icon of fitness, and together with Tony Horton he is the best advocate for fitness and healthy living that BeachBody can hope for.
The Insanity Workout
The Insanity workout was the most revolutionary concept that appeared in fitness up to date. Shaun T succeeded in creating a program that can target every muscle group in the body, make one lose a lot of weight, build muscle and cardio endurance, agility, speed, strength and so on, in just two monthsâ time.
The best thing, maybe, is the fact that there is no extra equipment required. You use your own body weight as to supply the resistance, and every workout is designed so that you can invest yourself appropriately to your fitness level.
This workout includes numerous fitness concepts into one, and thatâs probably what makes it so effective. You have track and field training, moves borrowed from various sports such as basketball, football, even martial arts. There are also Pilates, aerobic and yoga concepts used, as well as gymnastics and calisthenics.
