Day 3 injury
Well I got more than half way through and was jumping around like a true lunatic and felt a sharp pain right up the left side of my back and had to hit the pause button. I fell to the floor clutching my side, breathing hard then when it subsided I had a stretch but it throbbed. I fast forwarded to near the end, had some water and did the stretches. It still hurts so I've had pain killers and I'm feeling ok but I'll take it easy tomorrow and try the next workout. However I'm thinking Pilates before I do insanity. I worked out my calories too and is only had 914 so I made the rest of my soup which is 103 plus 40 for 2 rice crackers. It's not much but I need to learn to eat more. I'm swigging more water too.
Day 3 food
Breakfast: Protein shake and a banana Coffee 500ml water Mid morning Coffee 250ml orange juice Lunch Insides of a small baked potato and baked beans 200ml water
Bedtime! Need to get at least 8 hours sleep and with my sob in my bed it's looking unlikely.
Plyometric cardio circuit...I survived and I'm sweating like crazy
Day 2: food
So far I’ve had: Apple Banana Tangerine Small baked potato with tuna mayo 3 cups of coffee 500ml of water
Heading home from university to do insanity workout: plyometric cardio circuit
Edit: I had two steak burgers and spinach salad again. Yum however I didn't leave enough time between eating and doing the workout! I was very heavy and nauseated!
Aaaargh! Running late
Just on the bus heading to university and I'm horribly late ad I've only had a banana and coffee. Doing insanity when I get home after 5pm. I need to loosen up the sore muscles with some stretches because the painkillers are not working their magic!
