Insanity Workout - Day 19: Cardio Power and Resistance
First of all, I can't believe I have made it this far without one single moment of wanting to quit. I am actually excited in the mornings to get up and do Insanity now. It's crazy, ya'll!
Also, f**k you Shaun T and your cheeky 8 hop squats and 8 push-ups!
Despite the fact that I honestly believe that this is the hardest workout on the calender - today wasn't too bad. As usual I took a breather here and there but never more than a few seconds. In fact, the warm-up and the first circuit of exercises, I didn't rest at all. The first time I took unscheduled rest was actually during the first round of the second circuit during the globe jumps. This was mainly because I hate knackering myself out before going into push-ups; it ruins my form.
My results overall have been amazing so far and I haven't even finished by 3rd week yet. If you can notice changes yourself, then you know you're doing well because normally it takes a 3rd eye to see changes, as you see yourself in the mirror everyday and thus can't always recognise the changes you're getting.
Anyway, keep going people - I know I am!
Dig Deeper and Peace out!
