Maybe it was specifically lux, because the new galio and her have a special relationship? I'm not saying anything shippy, but maybe they are really good friends, lux could keep him company, or be someone to talk to, and that's what they could be hinting at with only putting lux in there

That’s what I’ve been coming to believe. With Poppy out of the picture they’re sure to slap him some new friends. Him being literally made out of anti-magic marble could be some reason for her to be intrigued maybe? Perhaps she....saves h i m . (from himself? From those who wish to do him harm? you decide!)

She’s a mage, she’s strong herself. So, she needed to be saved one time. Like...she’s a glass canon mage she constantly needs saving in games.( I honestly think people too quick to jump on the “damsel” bandwagon like it’s bad for a female to EVER need help. But that’s just me~)

He made no attempt to approach quietly. If something was bleeding this much he wouldn’t have a problem overpowering it, the Voidling assumed. Plus the number of clouds hiding the moon made is sufficiently dark to hide most of his form, only the faint cyan glow would give him away.

A low chirp echoed in the silence, the smell of blood and... fire? seemed to get stronger as he followed the blood. He didn’t much care for fire, its bright lights aside, but his hunger was getting the better of him.

Whatever it was that’d been hurt sure had done a good job of hiding itself. The blood trail had almost been lost in the tall grass and other low plants, but he caught sight of something blue and paused. There was another low rumble from the Voidling as he turned, hunching over slightly as he stepped closer to find... well she looked human, and that was all he cared about. Human-shaped meant an easy snack, especially if wounded.
