Today has gone better. Drinking water, drank my shake, and had lunch and a snack so far. I will walk tonight. I need to find something to do in the house for when I don’t feel like going outside.

5/22 Indoors Workout
My sister's taking her driver's license road test today in my car, so I can't drive to the park. (Well, I suppose I could take my dad's truck, but the brakes aren't functioning very well and it's a monster of a vehicle. Plus he has a cap on it and tons of shit in the bed so you can't use the rearview mirror, and I don't particularly want to get into an accident driving his vehicle.) So I'm staying inside today:
5 minutes of jumping rope
25 jumping jacks
20 crunches
10 butt lift bridge things
30 second plank, 10 second rest, 20 second plank
10 lay-down-on-your-side-and-lift-your-top-leg-up-and-down reps, each side
25 jumping jacks
And I'm already exhausted and sweating. Good stuff.
