So who’s the CEO in charge of this bottling corporation? Having a collection of bottles leading to other worlds must have taken quite some time to accumulate and find.

Oh boy do I have lore planned for how bottling started, how it developed and how Ambrosia Co was established.

Love your art style and love for tokusatsu. Although I was searching through your blog, and I was wondering: Have you seen SSSS Gridman? Old fogey here that watched the original Gridman, dubbed as Super-Human Samurai Syber-Squad in North America, so SSSS Gridman has a special place in my heart, and wondered if you had a chance to see it. It is VERY toku heavy.

Heard good things about it, but quite frankly right now the fiance and I’s watchlist is waaaaay too full of actual-toku stuff for us to be likely to get to it anytime soon. (Right now we just finished Timeranger & Ultraman Mebius and are busily shaking our heads in wonder at Ultraman Taro while debating on when to purchase Hurrikenger. Also waiting to see whether Space Sheriff Sharivan’s ever getting subs. We want more Space Sheriff nonsense and would prefer to go in order, consarnit!)

I mean, we’ll watch it eventually! Probably! But oh boy, the list just goes on and on...

This is why the acronym MSRP is for “Manufacturer’s SUGGESTED Retail Price”. Sure it’s a suggestion, but if a franchise sees these as something they can get away with jacking the prices on, not sure that there’s a legal obligation for them to stick to the $12.99 price. This could be an interesting case study on the whole SUGGESTED part of the Retail Price

Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s wise.  I wasn’t even interested in this pop but it means I wont be buying anything from a baskin robbins store for a long time if ever.  And I know a lot of people in the pop community wont either.

I also know that a lot of complaints went to funko about it and I would be surprised if they get another exclusive.

Just because you can jack up the price doesn’t mean it wont hurt you long run.

Yeah, take everything that happens in the epilogues with a grain of salt. There are many things about both epilogues that are untrue, thus meaning neither one is the true ending. I have another post that goes into why that's so and the evidence supporting this.

i just keep seeing people like ‘ITS NOT TRUE ITS NOT TRUE ITS NOT TRUE NONE OF ITS HAPPENING!! I REFUSE’ as if they’re like..... being defiant of the narrative rather than just..... picking up on like authorial intent. like yes. clearly its not happening. its literally..... being presented as fanfiction....

its basically not even like subtext, it says ‘dubious veracity’ or whatever the heck right there on the dang thing when you go to click on it!

Whatcha think of this?: In Octarian culture, it's usually "every Octo for themselves" so Octarian Splatoon units, squads, & teams don't care too much if team mates get picked off or have trouble. But then we have Arnick who will dive in and save the hides of his Octo co-workers. So even while being grumpy about it the whole time, the Octo kids come to admire him simply because, as much of an asshole as he is, they can see he still cares since they know what NOT caring looks like all too well.

I had to leave quickly after my liveblog on Thursday, so I completely forgot it important to say.

For all of my new followers, and those of you who’ve been with me for awhile but just didn’t know: I’m generally unavailable on the weekends. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) So it’s unlikely I’ll be liveblogging then.

Besides that, I don’t really have a consistent liveblog schedule, though I am still working on that.

That being said, I’m starting up with episode two in about an hour.
