After my visit to see Emma Kunz @serpentineuk I really wanted to tell my students about her artwork and see if they could make their own versions. All in all it was very successful today. They made their own pendants from clay and tried out asking it questions to create artwork. It was a hard thing to ask them to do but they smashed it! #serpentinegallery #emmakunz #inspiredartwork #afterschoolartclub #kidsmakeart #artchallenge #londonartist #boomerang #kidsartwork #crouchend #harringay (at Harringay) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bxu_FnaH_hI/?igshid=7fj32gktfs8q
“Tonight I can write the saddest lines. Write, for example,'The night is shattered and the blue stars shiver in the distance.' The night wind revolves in the sky and sings. Tonight I can write the saddest lines. I loved her, and sometimes she loved me too.” -Pablo Neruda (Tonight I Can Write The Saddest Lines)
An artwork of mine inspired by this poem.
